Alert: IT Outage - update 22 July 2024

Following the global IT outage and an issue with EMIS, our appointment and patient administration system, which caused disruption in the majority of GP practices on Friday and over the weekend, the issue has now been resolved and we are seeing patients as normal. However, this has impacted the processing and issuing of repeat prescriptions, which may take longer than usual to send to your nominated pharmacy, whilst we catch up.
