About your COVID vaccination certification

Proof of your vaccination status will be available on the NHS app.
Patient Access has also enabled a feature which makes it easier for patients to view their COVID-19 vaccination record from the home screen of their Patient Access account. This new feature will automatically be visible for patients who already have access to their detailed care record and immunisations.
Alternatively you can call the NHS helpline on 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least 5 days after you’ve completed your course of the vaccine, the letter may take up to 5 days to reach you.

If you have received your covid-19 vaccinations abroad, there is a new national service that enables you to book an appointment to show evidence for any coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccinations you have received outside of England; for your vaccination record to be updated centrally.
