Update 23/08/2021

To find out more information about Cheshire’s COVID-19 Vaccination Programme, visit the What you need to know page on NHS Cheshire CCG’s website.

As a practice we have completed our vaccination programme for patients in priority groups 1-9 (including those aged 50 and over, health and care workers, unpaid carers and those with a health condition that puts them at greater risk).

The practice is not running vaccination clinics for patients aged 12 – 49. We were set up as a service for people aged 50 and over only.

If you are age 12-15 and at higher risk of severe COVID-19 infection or you are living with an immunocompromised individual. You will be invited to book a covid vaccination with a local vaccination site.

If you are age 16 or 17, you can get your 1st dose COVID-19 vaccine now. To check your nearest walk-in vaccination site visit the link https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/find-a-walk-in-coronavirus-covid-19-vaccination-site/

If you are age 17 and 9 months or over, you can book your covid vaccination appointment via the national booking service at www.nhs.uk/covid-vaccination or by phoning 119. Other services in this area have sufficient vaccines to be able to vaccinate everyone who is eligible. You will be given the option of attending a local participating pharmacy or vaccination centre.
