Rope Green Medical Centre is now using an online system, called Patient Triage, for dealing with requests for appointments and administration queries, in line with current NHS England policy.
All enquiries will now be processed using the online system. These will be viewed and triaged by Doctors at the practice, who will contact you with an appropriate response. All online requests will be treated on the basis of priority regardless of how or where they are completed. We aim to respond to requests as quickly as possible and whilst we aim to read all requests on the same day, it may take up to 2 working days for routine requests to be actioned.

Patients who do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone can call reception instead who will complete the form on their behalf.
Please note, prescription requests will continue to be taken in the usual way.
